If you do not have the above forms of identification:
You can request a free non-driving voting ID one by going to the Secretary of State's Website. You can also request a free birth certificate through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Bureau of Vital Records.
If you do not have a Photo ID on election day:
You may cast a provisional ballot. Your provisional ballot will count if:
-
You return to your polling place on Election Day with a photo ID
-
OR the signature on your provisional ballot envelope is determined by your local election authority to match the signature on your voter registration record.
If you have moved in Missouri but not moved your registration:
You can still vote on election day! If you have moved within Missouri, either between counties or inside a county, poll judges can move your registration on election day—you can still vote!
